At Aretto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Aretto account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized courier point; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
